The CPU cooler went out on my PC and they very quickly diagnosed the issue for free and fixed it the next day. It's a very small store but they're very knowledgeable about computers. The other place nearby (Franktronics) wanted 3 days and $25 just to diagnose the problem.

Brandon quickly diagnosed and repaired a complete software failure for my iPhone 12 Pro when another shop was unable to. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained each step. Highly recommend.

iPhone needed work done because it wasn't charging. It was taken right in, an estimate was given and the work was done within the half hour. Great service, and thorough explanation of problem given. We were thrilled to have this type of service done locally.

Just had my iPad Air serviced there, and the condition that brought it to them, compaired to when i got it back was 10/10 amazing. The screen was completely shattered, and has a slight bend in it. When i recieved it back, the screen was fixed, and the bend is nearly gone (even when they made it out as if they couldnt get it out). I am beyond impressed with their work. Pricing was moderate, not to expensive. They gave me the choice of paying in full up front, or paying when the job was completed. The only thing thay bugged me was the fact that my Touch ID doesnt work now, but i figured that would be the case seeing thats a common problem with aftermarket screens. Still 10/10 service, would recommend to others, and would do buisness with them again!

I fix electronics myself but I would go buy parts for my customers at pc commanders and install them myself. So I called pc commanders today to check a price for me on an iPhone 11 pro max screen replacement. But Brandon responded as soon as I ask him about the price "you always checking on prices you are wasting my time" now as a a current retailer I know for a fact that's not how you respond to any customer.
