I had a very positive experience. The staff, especially Tracy Hodock, was very pleasant and thorough in describing the availability, prices and fees for the units. She didn't try to pressure me and advise that I should go online and check for discount offers which I found.

Great service here at safe harbor. The storage unit was great and the staff was very knowledgeable and very responsive. Ended my tasking needed for the unit and received my additional balance refund in days. I’ll be back with them in the future. The staff is excellent and my unit was great!

We needed 2 storage units quickly. Safe Harbor is convenient & they had the desired units available at a reasonable price. Tamika was so kind & patient, showing us the units available despite the extreme heat.
This facility is remarkably clean & secure.
Tamika carefully explained every aspect of the storage agreement & answered all of our questions. She was a delight in a business that is pretty cut & dry:)
It’s a real benefit to have a manager onsite. It gave us the confidence we were seeking should any difficulty arise.
Tracey followed up a few days later to be certain everything was going smoothly. It’s so comforting to have a genuine person to
communicate with, as opposed to an automated recording.
I highly recommend Safe Harbor for providing safe, secure & clean units with exceptional customer service.
