“Such a great owner and wonderful little shop. I go caught in the rain amidst a 66 mile gravel ride and stopped here to take refuge. I was unprepared and didn't have a rain jacket or vest. The owner gave me two older vests to stay warm for FREE. He saved my ride and the day. I'll be stopping here every time I'm in the area now for coffee.”
“I am one of the worst customers and prob A1 wouldn’t want me to review / ordering online a 7k bike and cancelling after shop delivery earns one that title / however / my 2 cents / despite all that / Tyler impressed me with his persistence about a follow on order that spec jacked up during delivery / and the young man that greeted me when I when I entered the business and when I had follow on items to discuss / and it was good to see old Ben / Tyler knows his stuff and came up with solution on the spot that was a proper fix/ happy customer A+”
