Been using cvs for years, but the online immunization system is pure aggravation. Lost any record of me, so opened a new account. Spent 30 minutes trying to get a Covid shot with no luck. What a hassle.

Pharmacy employees lack basic cuatomer service. No acknowlegment od clients in line. Not even when I said good aftenoon 3 times!! In my fourth attempt, then one of the ladies said we'll be with you when we can. Awful service!!!

Terrible pharmacy; I dropped them, due to too many mix-ups! Rude as well! Cannot recommend them to anyone; and besides this has been constant for years the trouble that I have had with their pharmacies! Also, not competitive with prices---very expensive!!!
