“Can't say anything nicer about the delivery driver, Ruth!I was sending an arrangement to surprise my husband the day before he was leaving on a trip. Ruth attempted delivery and just missed him. I received a text/notice of non-delivery and reassured her he must have been on a on work call and somehow missed the doorbell. It would have been a moot point for redelivery the next day (he would have been gone). I caught her just as she was heading back to the store and out of the goodness of her heart she completely turned around and reattempted delivery (successful this time).She was so kind and saved the day. She was very friendly and accommodating via our text exchange. So appreciative for her kind gesture to salvage my surprise. Unfortunately these days it is rare to find this level of customer service.
