I had to give this one star for three reasons. So far the return counter for Amazon returns has been in four places. Not the end of the world but annoying. The smell of the perfume counter wafts through the entire store and I was in today trying to find that return counter and almost had to hold my nose. Lastly from the day they opened their doors the only time I found something to buy was a gift of earrings. Nothing ever fit only fugly shirts. I'm a large to maybe one X tops. I'm sure I could have found something in their more expensive lines. Saying that the staff are always nice and the store is always clean.

Love this Kohl's. Exceptional customer service, and they have a large selection of clothing items. I often joke that Kohl's is like a mini mall since you can make one stop purchases such as clothes, shoes, bedding, kitchen, jewelry, etc. Keep up the great work!

Nice store but Long line with one girl at the register. Stood there for 15 minutes until someone else came to help and he was friendly and helpful.

Poor customer service - the cashier at Haymarket store of Kohls did not give me a proper bag for my suit. She also did not give me a coupon that she had with her that could have saved me some extra money. Terrible customer service!

Every visit to Kohls is exceptional due to the prompt and friendly service personnel who greet you when you enter the store and who ask throughout the store if you are finding everything you need. What a pleasant experience! The store is always neat and merchandise is clearly marked.

Do Not shop at Kohl's Ever!!!! The Kohl's cash is nothing but a scam! It's your money, you pay for it and they hold you hostage keeping you coming back using it!!!!
Response to the owner: Stop lying to people that Kohl's Cash is a discount!!! My original transaction was about $180,0 when I returned everything nearly untouched, they deducted $30 that they claimed Kohl's Cash of my new order. So I wound up paying for that "Discount." Flat out lies and deception!!!

Purchased clothing and was forced a Kohls Cash Card that I did not ask for. When I threw away the Kohls Cash Card, someone found it and apparently used it. When i decided to return the clothing, they deducted $40 from my return. I spoke to store manager and customer service, they could not explain and refused to resolve the issue. I asked to put in my account to not issue any future Kohls Cash Rewards but they didnt understand. I am giving this store a 1 star because they could not explain or resolve the issue. Beware of those Cash Card. They are designed to make you use it, and when you try to return, they deduct from your refund. They should have better controls in place from preventing anyone but the purchaser to use it.
