This is the most god awful place on earth. How do these people work here while listening to the beeping and dinging and bells going off non stop.
Employees are clueless, confused, unorganized. Bathroom smells like a homeless shelter and is full of employees hanging out and goofing off.

If you order a hot sub then it should be hot! Just becasue you don't want your bread toasted doesn't mean you want the sub that's supposed to be hot cold. Unreal. Do better

Don’t stop here to use the bathroom! piss all over the toilets and toilet paper all over the floor. We wont share the rest of what we found. We reported to manager and he was busy with register.

We stopped in to get gas and misc. Our Lexus needed a battery jumpstart. Triple AAA was going to be 90 min at 5am. We thought to ask Eric, the Sheetz employee if he could help. He did not hesitate. We were on our way, right away. We made sure to tip him and thanked him genuinely for his help, thoughtfulness and extreme kindness. What a great employee!! A great person. Thank you Eric and thank you Sheetz. I hope that he is recognized for his wonderful kindness. Much thanks and appreciation!! Michelle

Eric (a supervisor) was helpful in showing me how to use the Sheetz app and he gave tips/suggestions on spending points. He also took the time to see if there were pretzels in back stock when I wanted to use rewards points to get one. Thank you! :) -Abigail S.

This tiny little sandwitch was $11, this supposedly had double meat. I complained to the manager and they did not care. Next time I will go to chipotle and pay 11 for a sandwitch twice as big. I have noticed sheetz restaurants going up in price and down significantly in quantity. Time to eat somewhere else..

The MTO was terrible. There were a number of us waiting and waiting for our orders. The staff kind of seemed like they were working but not very hard. They seemed very disorganized. Didn’t know how to look at the board to figure out what should be prepared when. And when we FINALLY got our hot dogs, they were cold and had way too much toppings on them. (I mean I like mustard, but there is a point where having the dog swimming in toppings just isn’t good.) Stop at a different Sheetz or go to the McDonald’s next door.
