Visiting Haymarket from Florida and needed a cashiers check from my money market account. Very pleased with the branch and the service. Iliana was very polite and professional and efficient. Thank you very much.

Horrible service. I had to leave a message twice to call me back and so far they haven't. Second, I just called them at 10:30 and got a message to call them back during normal hours even though they open at 9 am. This was my branch when they were BB&T. I opened this account because they were linked to my stock brokerage account. I closed my BB&T account because of this type of service. My SunTrust always That gave me good service. Unfortunately, SunTrust merged with BB&T and this same lame branch became my new branch. Nothing has changed there. Don't do business with this branch. The last I heard, banks are closing down branch employees are lucky if they keep their job. Apparently, this branch doesn't understand business. Look at the number of 1-star reviews for this branch. That says it all. They don't get it. Three phone calls and nothing. They are going to force me to have to drive into the branch. Ugh. I've got four accounts with these guys. It's going to be a major root canal, but I'm thinking of moving (again) away from this branch. I've had one of my accounts for 36 years starting with Mellon, then Crestar, then SunTrust, and now Truist. I can't deal with these guys. BTW, the reason I need to call them is because they screwed up making my business account viewable with my other three personal accounts. SMH.

The atm closest to the building did not take cash deposits accurately.

tried to make a CASH deposit and the teller who was rude asked for my ID I asked why she said all Cash deposits must have an ID -no real answer was given. I have never ever had to do this at a bank before. I am a customer there and have an account number, why do they need and ID for cash deposits. I am not withdrawing I am GIVING them money. Terrible service

Have had constantly poor experiences since the Truist merger. The latest: Placed an order for Euros on Tuesday for a vacation with my flight leaving Friday night. Now on Friday afternoon, 3 business days later, they don't have the Euros and can't cancel the order. So i have cash tied up and useless to me when i am leaving in vacation. For comparison, my father using Bank of America, placed an order Tuesday and the Euros were available on Wed morning. When I called to inquiry a branch rep named Lakita responded "We don't control the mail" and hung up on me. Horrible service that will have an impact on my vacation. I've had this account going back 25 years to Crestar and will be closing it when i get back from vacation.

Wish there was not a merger. Go to a modern bank. Truist is stuck in the 90s.

One of the most unfriendly small business banks I know of. They fee you to death. Unless you are a federal gov contractor bleeding the taxpayers dry I would think twice about using this bank. Even calling and asking for a break on fees gets you no where.

What C@ck suckers...$7 to cash a check from their bank. I'd get better check cashing rates from the Mafia.
