Dr. Stephanie Spytek is so kind, polite & friendly listened to me with so much patience. One of the best gynecologists in Virginia!! Even her whole staff is super nice! The energy of this clinic was very warm & nice! ✨💛

I have used this healthcare provider for 20 years at several locations, with different practitioners, and under different business names. I’ve never had a bad experience. I would recommend UVA Ob/Gyn without hesitation.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Villamor, her nurse, and administrative staff. Everyone was kind and personable. The office was quiet and comfortable. I was seen on time and the care was skilled and professional.

Update: it has been 2 whole months since my appointment and after several phone calls to put my correct medical info on a referral I needed they FINALLY sent me my referral. Unfortunately it STILL HAS THE WRONG INFORMATION ON IT.Original review: Waiting room only had chairs with arms and when I asked for a chair without them I was told they didn’t have any in the office. Turns out they did but the front desk didn’t know about them or didn’t feel like getting me one.I’m disabled and use a mobility aid but the nurse taking me back didn’t hold the door open for me.The office didn’t have any blood pressure cuffs for larger arms. The exam room I was brought to had a chair without arms (yay) but the room did not have enough room for me to sit in the chair and still be able to open or close the door so I had to get up every time someone came into or left the room. The nurse checking me in didn’t believe me when I said what medical diagnoses I had (from a dr who works for Novant). The nurse also mentioned the dr wanting to do a biopsy in the office that day, with no anesthesia. I declined unless they could offer something for pain so the dr decided not to do the biopsy (guess it wasn’t that important). This appointment was to discuss some abnormal post-menopausal bleeding but the dr made sure to bring up weight loss surgery so if you’re fat, expect that to be brought up.I asked about surgical treatment options and was given a referral for another dr. The referral had incorrect medical information on it and I noticed none of my actual medical conditions were listed, which I didn’t notice until after leaving. I called the office and was on hold for about 15 minutes before speaking to a person. I mentioned the referral being wrong and was told they’d fix it and get back to me when they sent a new one so we’ll see.One positive, the phlebotomist was great at their job and polite.

I am a local birth doula, who recently attended a birth at NOVANT Prince William. I have attended births at every hospital in and surrounding the beltway, but this was my first at this hospital. Here is a short list of things I observed:- Neglect (my client was only seen once in 12 hours by her doctor, during an induction)- Gaslighting (my client had valid concerns about her/baby's safety, that were dismissed and ignored, and she was lied to about the very real risks of procedures they were suggesting)- Lack of informed consent (they started my client's induction without informing her that she was actually being induced... I had to let her know that was what the medication was doing)- Inhumane policies (they would not allow the father of the baby to go back with baby to the NICU - this is the only hospital I have ever seen do this)- Insensitive staffAfter what I witnessed, I will certainly be advising my clients against giving birth here. There are many other hospitals and providers in this area that give care that is far more comprehensive, humane, and safe than what my clients received.

I did not experience a single issue with the front desk. So professional, quick and courteous. Called me to check in, didnt have issues on their side, mychart would not work for me. The woman said no problem and changed it to a phonecall rather than zoom. Her colleagues were just as helpful setting my appt, trying to help with mychart and resending messages to my email that I couldn't find. Best costumer service of any doctor office I've ever been to. I will start taking names so I can give proper credit!

Their always trying to help in any way they can and very friendly people if you feel uncomfortable with anything they won’t do it.

I called six times to make an appointment and no one answers my calls. I’ve been going here for three years and nothing has changed, the service is horrible.

I used this practice with my last two deliveries and my ongoing care- they are all caring and extremely competent. If you ever want to know if an ob is awesome- find out who the nurses who work with them use. No one forces us to use a doc we dont trust. I am one of many who trust our health and our pregnancies to Lake Manassas.

Hmmmm Dr Gutliph his lady hurt me so much I was referred to her by another Dr in her practice because of the type of treatment I wanted to do for my fibroids. She just wanted to talk about doing a hysterectomy saying well your not having anymore kids right I see age and a woman of your size..blah blah blah I honestly don't know what she said after that because I literally had to bite my tongue.. I have never been so insulted in my life. She made references to my weight and age 5 more times and barely made eye contact with me. She had a nurse in there working for her with hips like mine. I'm not a toothpick but to make me seem like I'm a fat old hag was taking it to far. So I guess my advice would be go to greet if you are 21 work 6 pack abs. I guess my intermittent fasting and keto diet is working quick enough for her....and I embrace my young age❤

The worst doctor office I have been to so far. Not organized what so ever, had me going back & forth my whole morning just to find out I wouldn't have my lab worked done today. I am definitely not coming back to this office. I love the Gainesville office way more than this one.

I can't thank Prince William/Lake Manassas OBGYN doctors and staff enough for all they have done for me and my son! I was high risk pregnancy, and Dr. Ng made sure my son came in to the world safe. He is an amazing doctor I can't say enough kind words about him. He really took time in my delivery room with my son and made sure my health was good as well. I honestly can't be more grateful, Dr. Ng and his staff is amazing! And HAYMARKET hospital labor and delivery completely exceeded my expectations, excellent experience overall!

I'm convinced that this method of health care is for those who don't know the difference between being a number and an actual person. I've been here for a few appointments, and I'm changing to a prenatal care center where I'm not going to be forced to play roulette with the EIGHT OBs on my delivery day. While I'm sure they're all qualified, it's NOT acceptable to have someone I've met maybe once to be the one to deliver my baby without me having a choice in the matter. They want you to PREPAY for your birth, and no ultrasounds are done in office. It's up to the patient to first get written orders and then schedule it at whatever location can fit you in. This is being run as a business, not as concerned health care for women.
