A few weeks ago I bought a phone from this store. When i recieved my bill the following cycle , noticed it was higher than normal. I meant to call Verizon but I did not. Last week. I called to change my service because of an international move. The Verizon agent stated going over my account- we have five numbers- describing all the services and the monthly fees. I was shocked to find out that I was paying monthly fees for unli.ted cloud, line insurance fees, and more. I told the Agent that I never ordered those services. She said that I got them when I bought my new phone. And it HIT me: the guy and the Verizon store in Haymarket padded my account without my knowledge! It also explained why he never gave a receipt nor asked to review the bill before closing it. So. I asked the Agent to review my wife's number because we have bought a phone from him a few months earlier. The agent found the same pattern of padding and adding.! So far, Verizon credit my account with a total $330 in unlawful fees, and promised to investigate the Haymarket Verizon store!
So, if you have to go there. Please demand a receipt and review EVERYTHING before you sign because he will rob you, if you don't.

Outstanding service that was knowledge and helpful. I went to 2 other Verizon stores that were not helpful before this one and much to my surprise was helped right away here.

Varun at the Haymarket, VA location was very knowledgeable and helpful. He saved me money on my account which is greatly appreciated. He is a very good at multitasking. He is also very patient.

Went to the store on a Tuesday at 11:30. The store opens at 10. Went to open the door, it was locked. Tried to call the store and no one was available to pick up the call; I remained “Caller #1” for over ten minutes. We couldn’t see anyone in the store and eventually the lights turned off. I double checked online and on the store hours listed on the door, both stating that the store was open. Eventually had to leave and go to the store in Gainesville. Disappointed!

My first experience when I bought the phone was great. I received the phone at a good price. I got a great price for my trade-in plus I was able to combine it with an ultra two iPhone watch which I also got a great deal on. Over the last two weeks, I’ve tried twice to return my phone and even though the store hours on the door have something written on it I believe it’s from 10 to 8. It didn’t seem like there was enough staff there to keep it open all the time and two times when I try to return my phone During open hours, they were closed. I finally got it dropped off and that went well also. It would be nice if they’re not gonna be open to at least have the doors or the next time they would be open on the door so people were aware

I had a great experience at Verizon today thanks to the outstanding help from the sales associate who assisted me with purchasing a new phone. She was friendly, knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions clearly, explained my options, and made sure I left feeling confident with my purchase.
