Straightened out my cell phone problem, and dispense with about $30 a month of Verizon services that I did not need. I was correcting my original judgment about this store, and I am glad to know my faith was well placed

I had such an awesome experience with Varum. I came in to erase my old phone which should have been fine when I purchased my new phone. He went above and out of his way to save me money, and I actually got a new watch. I’ve never had so much service, attention and respect by one employee so much. Not only that, but I came in at 10 of seven. He is supposed to leave at seven and he stayed till almost 8 to straighten everything out for me. I cannot say enough about this gentleman. I went to ask about upgrading my phone and decided against it but the customer service rep took a look at my plan and figured out a way for me to save money on my monthly bill. I left there a very happy customer!

I had been going to Gainesville Verizon until when this rude woman waited on me and she was not helpfulAt all and acted like a problem answering my questions, so then I decided this is not the customer service experience I should expect after being a long time Verizon customer since back when it was Alltel. So I told her I would not like to continue and then went to Haymarket Verizon in which both ladies there was very nice and wanted to help me, left there with iPhone, watch and iPad and accessories . Thank you Pakiza and to your manager. We will be back

I wanted to warn everyone from this Verizon store , they are scamming people and not really looking out for customers interest . I went to this store few weeks ago when I was trying to set up installation for my WiFi and the person assisted me in a timely manner but he told me I couldn’t get installation sooner than one month away so I told him I needed internet as soon as possible then he offered few hot spot devices and I declined but wanted to use my phone hot spot so I tried it and it didn’t work so he comes back and said I have a solution that won’t cost you anything, he is like I will give you a TCL hot spot device that you can use and pay the service fee and you can bring it back when your internet is installed so I asked him questions as I didn’t want any contract or a device under a payment plan he convinced me it was okay to rerun anytime as long as I pay the service fees when I have it . Today December I went back to the store to return the equipment and the store person was like no you can’t return you owe about $340 and the person you spoke to has left for India and he won’t be back till next year . The person even tried to get me to upgrade my phone which I declined but now I am stuck with this device that is useless to me . Please stay way and watch out the store owner is a scammer and their goal is to try and get you under a contract without even an agreement, my plan to to fight this all the way and I will update this review after . I just wanted to warn anyone who is planning to go here for any Verizon needs even when I called customer services they told me it was up to the store owner that they should take the device but they refused.
