Always welcoming and knowledgeable. Have used them in the past ordering a stove that had a lot of placement issues in our kitchen. Loads of experience really made the process go smoothly. The showroom is a lot of fun to walk around in and imagine all of the dream kitchens you could have. Love that they've expanded from their original space. Great place for appliances!

My wife and I were sent to Nick Adkins with ACS (through our contractor) to pick out the appliances for our house build … at first, it was a pretty good experience, but I attribute that to Nick being a “typical” salesman, pushing us for upgrades and getting the sale... during the selection process, both my wife and I had some questions/concerns about the functionality of several items, as neither of us were familiar with how some of the appliances operated (especially the gas stovetop) … Nick assured us that once we moved in, he would be “more than happy to come out to go over any questions that we might have etc. and if you can’t reach me at the office, here’s my mobile number.”However, when we called the office to follow up on that assurance, it took well over a month for his return call/reply, and all we received was voicemail from him stating “Do not call my mobile.” Why give it to us in the first place, then? We had made numerous calls to the office well before we ever tried his mobile, but it seems as if calling his mobile number as a last resort struck a nerve with him.Surprisingly enough, he did return my call today and during our conversation, I asked him why was he so upset about us reaching out to him on his mobile when he was the one that gave it to us and told us to use it if we couldn’t reach him in the office. Needless to say, the conversation deteriorated from there. He became very condescending and talked over me throughout the conversation instead of actually listening. He then finished the call by saying “Do not call us anymore” and hung up on me.To be brutally honest, I was just merely trying to hold him accountable for the promises he made to my wife during the selection/sales process about going over all of the appliances that we’d purchased … it seems to me that all he was worried about was making a sale and nothing more … none of the customer service he promised was ever going to happen in his mind.Thus, I cannot and will not recommend this company to anyone … let the buyer beware andGod forbid if we have any issues with our appliances once we move in!!

We will continue buying our appliances at Appliance Contract Sales! The customer service is amazing and they stand behind their products. Working with Nick, Walter and Denise has been a wonderful experience and the GE Monogram has been the most spectacular stove with superior performance !!! Making my Cuban empanadas, roasted mojo pork and black beans and rice is truly a joy because of this stove!!!Thanks guys...: you truly are the best!!!

2 years ago we did a complete kitchen remodeling. We purchased all Wolf subzero products from Appliance Contract Sales. There appears to be no price advantage wherever you purchase your Wolf Subzero appliances so support is the main consideration. We are very satisfied with this retailer and would use them again. Walter was our sales person and our experience suggests the whole staff is there to serve you for sales and support.

In need of repair for my Samsung Refrigerator. Spoke with “Nick” who was up front and honest from the get-go as to why they do NOT service this brand of appliances (offered very good reasons!). He could not help me himself today but was SO generous as to offer the name of a repair person who possibly could do so. I was so impressed as to NO pressure to buy new from him, just courteous helpful advice. Top notch customer service. When we are in need of replacing our appliances, I’m calling THIS guy!

We bought all our appliances form Appliance Contract at Gayton Crossing. Everything about dealing with this store was so pleasant. Nick is extremely helpful in steering the customer to the best value in your purchases. We had a couple minor cosmetic issues with our GE appliances in the last year while still under warranty. He immediately took care of the problems and was very prompt getting back to me. Highly recommend this store.
