I’m giving this place a two star review because this experience started off well at first. I found a nice dresser and paid to have it delivered as well. I gave them my address and signed the form and was told it will be delivered on a Tuesday . Then I get A call two days later telling me that they won’t deliver because it’s too far for them and I’ll have to pay an additional hundred dollars to do. Not only should you have good pricing, but you should have great customer service and keep your word when you say you’ll do something.

I recently moved into my new apartment and had no idea how to decorate it. That's when I found Brother Outlet, and I couldn't be happier! From beds to furniture, I absolutely love all their products. The customer service was fantastic, and the deals were amazing. Very happy we went to Brothers Outlet. Found the sectional that checked all my boxes. Even after shopping around Brothers had the best sofa, the best price, and employees that could not have been more helpful and courteous. Delivery in 2 weeks, setup supervised, all packaging removed and taken away. We couldn't be happier.

Best experience I ever had buying furniture they attentive kind and have the best taste I've ever seen in a furniture store most stores have a inventory of 90% that u just won't consider purchasing but it's the opposite here I would say 100% of there inventory is something you would purchase, they also have one of a kind pieces that u can't find online let alone at a competing furniture store.. So Yes the truth is, I won't be spending my money anywhere else, & I know you'll feel the same.. Five STARS *****!!!!

Great experience. They were very patient and attentive. My grandmother described what she was looking for and even though they didn't have it physically in the store the rep was able to find it for her.
