“I recently found this company on a small job we had in downtown Richmond and needed fittings in a hurry. I was a walk in and needed several swagelok fittings and a tube cutter. The lady that helped me was very nice, gave me a bit of needed training on tightening, ran the part down and and sold me a very nice, heavy duty tube cutter, which they also had in stock. i just cant say enough about how easy it was to do business with them, and I was very happy. I will continue to use them, and do not mind paying extra to get that kind of service.”

That being said, the gentlemen at this establishment were very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products.
