Giving it three stars as last time I went in, there was no coffee made. All the other times I have been there there was a longer wait but the service was good.

I came in just to grab a cup of coffee and found myself interested in the logistics of cafe/banking. That is when I asked Nguyen an, ambassador, to explain to me how things work in this environment. She was gracious with her time and would ask me questions about my banking. I'm short, you can teach an employee how to push buttons. But you can not teach them personality, and she has it in Spades.

It's Fine Nothing fantastic. I did enjoy the fact that I was able to get 50% off of my drink purchase with a Capital One card, but other than that, I see nothing special about this place. The drink was fine, but not spectacular. You can't really go wrong here, but if you're a Capital One customer like me, you'll appreciate the discounts when available.

Dropped by to have a coffee and it was great, they were doing a 1$ deal from Friday to Sunday so I got a large mocha for 1$. It was good, a little sweet but expected for a mocha. Was able to just chill here for a bit so I definitely recommend stopping by if you need a break and a good drink.

Upon entering the CapitalOne cafe, Selah, an ambassador, greeted us warmly and helped us through what we needed that day. It took a while but she gladly and patiently went through the steps with us. Jordan, who was over the phone to help with other things, was no different. He was calm and patient as well. All in all, it was a comfortable way to do banking (we even got a much needed water) :-).

Found myself in town for a few days at the Hyatt. The crowd at Starbucks was too thick for me so I walked across the way to Capital One Café. Was happy to see Peet's coffee was featured since it's a brand I typically only drink when I'm traveling (yes, I know I can buy it in stores). The cafe has sliding doors that allow for plenty of fresh air to come in on those beautiful spring days. There's the usual café menu featuring drip coffee, lattes, chai, and a few herbal tea drinks as well. I probably stopped by 8 times last month for the oat milk latte. Customer service is on point and all of my drinks were delicious. Stick to the coffee or tea refresher type drinks. Bypass the chai. If you pay with a Capital One debit/credit card, it's half price. There are staff there to also answer general customer service questions regarding your accounts. Not pushy, but friendly. Good vibes all around.

We got the Spiced Oat Milk Latte. Excellent choice, the coffee was fresh and wasn't too sweet. I loved the taste of the oat milk mixed with a little bit of turmeric also. Overall, would definitely come back here! **Also, use your Capital One card to get half off**

This place? Amazing. I love Peet's coffee. Being a coffee addict in Short Pump certainly has limitations unless you are willing to take the drive downtown Richmond to local shops. Peet's may be a chain but their drinks are amazing to me. With this pandemic, they're FINALLY open and taking great precautions. Worth checking out and maybe considering over Starbucks, especially if you have a Capital One card (half off drinks).

This is a really nice place to take a break from the mall and sit down and sip some coffee. It's also a bank if you didn't already know. Nico and Selah were a great help, come talk to them.

I have seen commercials for the Capital One Cafe's and weren't sure how i felt about them. I have been a cardholder for years and had the chance to visit one one of the cafes today. They invite you in with a complimentary mug, which I appreciated. The 50% off of coffee drinks is a very nice touch AND I absolutely loved the horchata iced oat milk latte. I normally don't drink hot coffee, so I requested an iced version (which wasn't on the menu) and they had no problem making it. The atmosphere was pleasant and they had several nice comfy areas to relax. Since this was my first time visiting, I was still not sure whether they had associates working for Capital One until I witnessed a customer come in and requested help with his account. The associate seemed happy to help him and I was truly impressed. I am only visiting VA and will be on the lookout for a Capital One Cafe in my area!!
