Great customer service, were busy to pick up a phone call and didn't hesitate to call me back only few minutes after. I talked to the gentleman and even when he knew he couldn't serve me he went out of his way to help me with my situation

WARNING WARNING WARNING GO TO CPR IS BETTER THIS GUY TOOK MY PHONE TO FIX THE SCREEN, AN HOUR LATER HE GAVE ME THE PHONE BACK IT WAS NOT TURNING ON PERIOD. HE CLAIMED HE DID NOT HAVE THE SCREEN IN STOCK. I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER SHOP TO REPLACE THE SCREEN AND THEY SHOWED ME THE HOW THE MOTHERBOARD WAS RIPPED OFF WHERE THE LCD CONNECTOR PLUGS IN. I CONFRONTED HIM WITH THE FACT THE PHONE WAS ON WHEN I GAVE IT TO HIM AND NOW THE SCREEN DOES NOT COME ON, HE SAID IT WAS A COINCIDENCE. WELL NO BODY EVER OPENED MY PHONE BEFORE !!! WATCH OUT

My HTC EVO 4G broke and the glass cracked in a thousand pieces. I called Andre in the morning and he was able to fix it like new. He is amazing, very friendly and very understanding. I totally recommend his services. Sprint told me I needed to change the phone. Andre might have saved me some $300.
