“Dropped my broken laptop off with John over the weekend, expecting the worst. I have a ton of photos of my dog who just recently passed away on it and I was afraid I’d lose all of them. I didn’t tell him that. John was so kind and genuinely looked for the best possible way to fix it without gauging the prices or recommending unnecessary fixes, without knowing exactly how important it was for me to get it back. He was such a kind person and I highly recommend him for any repairs. I can’t thank him enough.Also, his collection of comics is pretty incredible and worth looking in on even if you’re not looking for repairs.”

“My MacBook Pro charger cable unfortunately broke. I called Apple tech support, and was informed, due to the age of my computer, Apple no longer made replacement parts for my specific computer. I spent several days looking for a replacment part, and was unsuccessful nor did I have the finances to purchase a new computer. I randomly decided to stop by Experimax and was greeted by Leonard. I informed him of my situation and he was able to provide me with a replacement charger within a few minutes. I’m so grateful for Leonard and the service that he provided for me. Not only did he provide exceptional service, he provide a means for me to save some money and address an issue, I had no solution to solve. Would highly recommend Experimax for those looking to get their Apple products serviced.”

“they do fast and efficient work and it’s not so pricey if you have apple care, my only problem is that they “replaced” the glass panel on the back of my phone and the screen bc it was cracked, when they gave it back to me, my phone didn’t have any signal and they told me to just call my carrier. when i took it to my carrier, they told me they replaced the whole phone so i had to get it reactivated. i would have appreciated if they would have told me my phone got replaced.”

“Thank you so much Experimax. I am a student in my senior year of college for my B.S. in Healthcare Administration Management. I got stuck in Richmond after leaving Atlanta in 2020 to help my mom because she was sick. Every restaurant shut down so, I ended up staying because I had no job to go back to as server during Covid-19. I decided to start school and needed a laptop. I found this establishment in my freshman year and received the best customer service and advice to get up and running w classes on my laptop. I have been to several computer stores but Leonard and his team have been the BEST out of all three. Clean store, problems are solved swiftly, very organized, staff on the same page regardless of who I speak with, etc. As a consumer, I HIGHLY recommend trusting this establishment for any service needs.”

He was very knowledgeable and gave us good tips on how to succeed in our task of learning how to manever around the computer. We could actually create a flyer at tne end of the four days. I would love to take another class to get more versed in doing other things with the computer.”
