“My MacBook Pro charger cable unfortunately broke. I called Apple tech support, and was informed, due to the age of my computer, Apple no longer made replacement parts for my specific computer. I spent several days looking for a replacment part, and was unsuccessful nor did I have the finances to purchase a new computer. I randomly decided to stop by Experimax and was greeted by Leonard. I informed him of my situation and he was able to provide me with a replacement charger within a few minutes. I’m so grateful for Leonard and the service that he provided for me. Not only did he provide exceptional service, he provide a means for me to save some money and address an issue, I had no solution to solve. Would highly recommend Experimax for those looking to get their Apple products serviced.”

“they do fast and efficient work and it’s not so pricey if you have apple care, my only problem is that they “replaced” the glass panel on the back of my phone and the screen bc it was cracked, when they gave it back to me, my phone didn’t have any signal and they told me to just call my carrier. when i took it to my carrier, they told me they replaced the whole phone so i had to get it reactivated. i would have appreciated if they would have told me my phone got replaced.”

“Thank you so much Experimax. I am a student in my senior year of college for my B.S. in Healthcare Administration Management. I got stuck in Richmond after leaving Atlanta in 2020 to help my mom because she was sick. Every restaurant shut down so, I ended up staying because I had no job to go back to as server during Covid-19. I decided to start school and needed a laptop. I found this establishment in my freshman year and received the best customer service and advice to get up and running w classes on my laptop. I have been to several computer stores but Leonard and his team have been the BEST out of all three. Clean store, problems are solved swiftly, very organized, staff on the same page regardless of who I speak with, etc. As a consumer, I HIGHLY recommend trusting this establishment for any service needs.”

“Highly professional, and the staff always seem to be very knowledgeable and kind to work with. Store is easy to locate and on the main level when you walk in. Wish we had this store in Charlottesville so we wouldn’t have to drive, but it’s truly worth it to deal directly with Apple than go to another authorized dealer. You get the right information immediately instead of many “I don’t know I’ll have to look into it.” Or giving the completely wrong information or not having a concrete way of helping customers.”

“The reviews did not steer me wrong! I had a computer that I thought needed a tweak to make it work but it was a goner. Just like dealing with a car, if you don't know about what's under the hood, you are at the mercy of the fixer so you always hope for honesty. They took it, checked it and essentially called it....it was dead from likely a power surge. It could have been fixed but cost was higher than the value of the computer itself. No upselling, no pressure and just straight up good service. Highly recommend them for being thorough, no-nonsense and honest.”
