EDIT 2025: Unfortunately, I need to amend my review a bit. Recently, I noticed that CVS went to a system that I have to leave a phone message rather than talk with someone when I call. I understand that this may benefit them when they're busy, but it's not always convenient for the customer, often a sick person, it have to be available for a callback or maybe even miss the callback. Still great service in person.
2023. I have been at this location for over a year and have never had a bad encounter, either on the phone or in person. I get quite a few monthly prescriptions and get all my vaccinations here and have always had a great experience. (The staff and pharmacist are very friendly as well.)

This location is far superior to other CVS stores I've used locally. Nice people, pharmacists are very pleasant and have always been helpful to me.

It’s December 8th and the CVS pharmacy is supposed to be opened at 11 and as of 11:20a.m it’s not opened. Everyone waiting had to leave. Just ridiculous

They lost my prescription, after sending reminders that it was ready. When I went to pick it up, the pharmacist couldn't even be bothered to walk over to the counter and talk to me. He just yelled information across the store. Do not use this store.

You can't find a better pharmacy, and this particular CVS in Target is the best.
As with any pharmacy these days, you can't walk in cold with only a prescription script and expect you're not going to have to wait. The pharmacy staff is working very hard to fill existing prescriptions already on order, and they can't just drop everything for you. You can avoid delays by ordering the refill approximately two to five days before you run out. This can be done very conveniently online. CVS online will send you an SMS reminder prior to the refill date if you choose that option. All you have to do is confirm the refill through an SMS reply, and the prescription will be ready for pickup as scheduled. They even have home delivery options for a small and reasonable fee.
The CVS pharmacy system is the most convenient, reliable, and problem-free around. And this one in Target is a 5-star performer.

Employees are good. However let's hope you never have to actually call the pharmacy. Majorly sucks

Having to move to a new CVS location because mine closed. Decided to move all my scripts here because I've had two great interactions with this location in two days...once on the phone and once in person.

Your system that is shared with the other CVS pharmacy locations (either city, county, state, or nationwide is not up to par. I am helping to take care of an aunt who has terminal squamous cell carcinoma and is in hospice. I was sent on a goose chase to four different CVS pharmacy locations because your pharmacy staff provided incorrect information and no one had what was ordered by her physician. I was directed to go to CVS Store #1538, because our usual CVS in Target #17402, didn't have the medication in stock. When I get to store #1538, I was told by the associate that they didn't have anything. The pharmacist advised me that 1 Rx was at store #05790 and that the others were in fact at #17402. I proceeded to go to #17402 and the pharmacist there tells me they don't have the Rx. She tells me that the pain Rx was sent further down the road, #02307. I asked if it could be sent to #05790 since I had to go there anyway to pick up one of the 2 that were called in this morning? The pharmacist said that was fine and she could have the nurse route it to #05790. I headed over to #05790 and when I got there, the associate tells me that they are NOT there. She proceeds to provide me the location of the pharmacy where both Rx were sent and that I needed to go there (#02307). To which I abruptly responded "no you can transfer them here because I was told one was already here and I had already been to 3 different CVS pharmacies. The associate in turn tells me "If you want your aunt to get her pain medication today you're going to have to go to the other store because it is a controlled substance." 'll have to go to the other pharmacy this would be the fourth location because of the fact that it's a controlled substance. When I finally get to store #02307, I'm told that only one Rx is ready and we have to wait another 20 minutes for it to get done. Mind you it had been at least 4 hours that the Rx had been called in (or so I was told). Then after waiting the 20 minutes I go inside to pick the prescription up and the gentleman at the register tells me that they only have one was ready/available. I had to purchase a similar product OTC because CVS couldn't get their story straight.

Absolutely terrible. Been standing in line for 10 minutes with one other person here. There are two people behind the counter and no one has helped me. I have to be back at work in thirty minutes and they haven't even taken my prescription from me. Will not be back to this location.

Customer Service is amazing. Very clean.Always has the best new products. The personnel and Pharmacist s and Pharmacy techs are there for your questions and very accurate. Their new computer assistance system is amazing. Why? With a busy schedule, it is a God send when assisting with refilling an prescription to be ready for quick pick up when on a busy schedule. They have vast varieties of dependable items to choose from if you need to do additional shopping other than just picking up meds. So worth shopping there for years now.
