Had another amazing customer service experience at Discount tire on Staples Mill Rd in Henrico VA. I'll never buy tires anywhere else. I was able to buy the tires on thier website using the no interest 12 month pay later plan through PayPal. I was in and out in 35 mins. The lobby is always clean and the employees look like they genuinely enjoy working there. I always appreciate being greeted with a smile and getting genuinely good advise.

This place is amazing! Everyone I have dealt with is kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Nicholas w the ear piercings was absolutely awesome in helping remedy an issue I had after coming in last week, and made sure to expedite the work to accommodate me. They are lucky to have him! All the employees are very respectful and I never feel condescended to here as a woman, which can happen at some other auto repair places. Highly recommend!

This place is honest to God the best tire shop on the planet, and more importantly with the best people. My wife picked up a nail in her Mercedes, we got the car there and she was treated with the upmost respect. The gentleman was able to patch the tire with lifetime warrantied it and didn't even charge her. They've earned my business for life.

Amazing experience with this store. Best pricing available and they go out of their way to make sure you have the right tires...they even allowed me to switch out a new set 1 week later for another set which better matched my car and driving style. I'll only buy tires from Discount Tire from now on.

If you don’t know anything about tires don’t go to this store, they will trick you into changing stuff you don’t need to change, and sell you the most expensive tires they possibly can.
My wife went to fix one tire and they sold her the whole set telling her they were all dangerously used. They were less than 1 year old.
Last time I visited they tried to sell me rims as well, said mine was too damaged, but I knew it wasn’t so they let it go.
Avoid this place if you are clueless about tires!

Bad service. Replaced 4 tires at Discount Tire on Staples Mill. Front left tire was flat the next day, all the other tires are wonky pressures (37, 29, 35). Unfortunately I was already 3 hours away for a funeral, so I had to spend $$ every 12ish hours to refill the tire all weekend. I brought it to Discount Tire on Monday for them to look at it (had to take more time off work to be able to go in) they fixed the tire valve they damaged during installation and offered to replace my windshield wipers as a gesture of good faith. I leave the place thinking how nice that was - wrong. I check the wipers and they’re the same dirty old ones I had on before. I called Mike (the store manager?) to let him know - his response: “Alright well you need to realize that we’re all human here.” He offered to put the wipers on himself, but fails to recognize that my time is valuable and I don’t wish to drive another 45 minutes for wiper blades when they should have been put on in the first place. I also want to point out that Mike’s attitude was rude toward me from the beginning and every customer I saw him interact with while I was in the shop.
Overall: shoddy workmanship, lack of responsibility, and many excuses. I don’t plan on doing business with this shop again.
PS they will charge you a $35 hidden fee for a “certificate” at installation - buyer beware.

Came in to have 4 tires installed (that I was successfully able to have them price match with another outlet that was selling the same set a bit cheaper!). It was a Saturday morning so they were busy, but the staff there, while working efficiently also provided friendly customer service. S/o to Gavin (I believe that is his name) for helping me out. I was in and out in an hour. I will absolutely be back’

Was traveling and stopped here due to tire pressure light on.
Went to the free tire check area, and Mason quickly spotted the issue with the tire. I told him I was traveling for an appt and was in a rush and he quickly jacked up my car in front of the shop, took the tire back, fixed it very quickly, and set up the tire back onto my car. Even torqued the wheel nuts properly!

My first time at Discount Tire, and I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. I ordered tires from Tire Rack and scheduled the appointment online.
What was so astounding to me was the level of customer attentiveness. Before I even got out of my car, one of the service reps was walking out to greet me and get my work started. He clearly explained to me what was going to happen and answered my questions. There was even an estimated time of completion printed on the receipt.
They kept me updated several times during the process. I was out the door in about 45 minutes. The store was clean with good seats and desk area for working.
Overall, I felt like my time and business was respected and they got the job done well. Thank you!
The only negative comment I have is that they don't have an alignment machine. This is really an essential piece of equipment for ensuring that new tires wear evenly. They said they hoped to get one soon.
