N0 upkeep here. No water or windshield cleaning fluid in the holders, and squeegees are broken, missing, or filthy. Today the digital sign with gas prices was either broken or turned off.

First pump was not working. Second pump did not provide a receipt. Water for cleaning the windshield smell stink like stagnant water.
