I called at 10:30 with a description of my problem. At 11:30 JK called with a diagnosis and estimate, and at 3:30 I picked up the car with a new alternator. Excellent service from this independent shop.

Mid day of a Friday, got a flashing check engine light faulty code. Had a walkin and got it fixed in 2 hour. Very honest and knowledgeable owner. Price is fair. Imagine this happened just before the long weekend of labor day and could have ruined your family vacation plan.

I LOVE JK auto care. I can't believe I'm saying that about a car shop because I generally view it as such a chore. With JK, I know I'm going to get the best of the best. They are SO kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything and answer every question. They are also trustworthy. I know I'm only going to pay for what I need to pay for. I NEVER feel like I'm being paying more than I should or having unexplained charges. This is the only place I will take my car to.

My cigarette lighter was not charging my phone. I went into AJ Auto Care with this complaint. They were very professional and pinpointed the problem within minutes. The cigarette lighter was indeed burned out. They changed it and I was off in a matter of minutes.
Will definitely recommend and go back for other matters that come up.
