The cashier Monica had a terrible attitude and was rude to me for no reason. She either don’t like her job or don’t like me . The worst service I ever had here or anywhere else. I just move in to Richmond and a new customer in Kroger for couple months and never have problem here. . I was shocked and angry that I have been treated tonight .

I was absolutely flabbergasted when stepping into this Krogers it is expansive - rows of charged accessible electric scooters as well as carts available- different stations spread out - items all over the store in different sections Numerous flowers & arrangements -colors- some in vases- some not - roses- summer flowers- plants - complimentary sleeves for the cut flowers- the different colors were arranged to catch the eye- roses of so many different colors - I chose an arrangement of 12 off white roses trimmed in red - just beautiful- there was an abundance of different fruits and veggies a lot of different fruit- I bought cherries which were delicious & and halos - that were just as good - veggies - an. abundance of most items - there is a pharmacy within the store - a Starbucks also - a long row of cards for different occasions. As I glimpsed around the store - there wasn’t time to look on every aisle but I do plan to shop at another time. Also there are certain bills that can be paid at this Kroger for convenience- accessible parking close to the store with beautiful variety of flowers and plant’s bordering the entrance and along the front of the store

The manager was incredibly sweet and welcoming! He made my visit to Richmond so much more enjoyable and memorable. As a tourist, I really appreciated his kindness, helpful attitude, and the way he made me feel at home. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to others!

Not only do we have to ring up and bag our own stuff, there is no one to authorize the purchase. You guys suck lately 😕. Kroger is definitely slipping. Very frustrating.

Customer service was exemplary! I called late at night asking about a particular product and even though the customer service person was probably exhausted he still went out of his way and hunted through the aisle to find it. Thank you, genuinely, and I hope you see this note.

Every time I come here to do grocery pick up I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes even if I’m the only car waiting on a pick up. It’s so ridiculous.

This store showed a gas price of $3.379 on Tuesday, 7/23/24. When I arrived at the pump the price was $4.499. I registered a complaint but other than a request for clarification, I haven't had a satisfactory answer, not even a "we're looking into this" or "your trust is important to us." This leads me to question the integrity of the entire company not just this store. I'm wondering where else this store is pulling similar tricks. Particularly after reading some of the other reviews on this platform.

The Gas price is always wrong!!!! it says one thing and then pull up and it's 10 cent higher! They always say we are working on it! Just to think I would purchase a credit card through them....that's a big no. Also for the elderly people the prices in the store are very misleading and you must look at the fine print!!!! I will go to all grocery stores but not Kroger! This is by far the worst location ever!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY Gift cards from this store. Waste of time, energy, and money. You pay them the full amount but when you try to redeem there is less balance on the gift card. You go to the store and those stupid customer care staff won't help you at all. Recently my wife bought a 500 dollar Apple gift card for me. When I tried to redeem it, it had only 150 dollars on it but she paid 500 dollars. I called Apple and they said the problem was with Kroger activating the wrong amount. Then I went to Kroger with the receipt and gift card, the manager "Monica " and another staff "Meenakshi" were so rude They didn't even want to talk about it at all at first and demonstrated unwillingness to resolve the issue. I have never seen such rudeness by customer care people. so where is my 350 dollars? who stole it? Look like we made a great mistake shopping at Kroger.

Kroger's hot food section, specifically the baked and fried chicken use to taste very good, but in the past year it's not good at all!
The baked chicken seem to always be undercooked, and all of their cooked chicken is tasteless. There is no seasoning on it at all! Very Disapointing. I get my Hot food from other markets now.

This store is horrible. Very often I have seen mold on their packaged fruit snacks in the produce department. You really have to check the expiration dates on everything in this store. In the self checkout the system stops and makes you wait for an attendant to put in a code so you can continue scanning. It’s tedious enough that I have to scan and bag everything but the the attendant actually took the time, my valuable time to check the replay of the security camera to make sure I had not stolen anything. This is rude and I told him so I continued to check out. I have spent hundreds of dollars a month in this store and I do not steal. I canceled my rewards card and will not return.

This store has really gone down. I will be going to the one in Atlee Clean well managed store. Customer service is awful. I have multiple issues with your quality of produce and other quality's of your prepared food. Self checkouts are not efficient. Need more cashiers and over all over better prices and customer service
