This use to be my go to salon but the service and quality of work done have gone down tremendously while the prices have gone up. The photos speak for itself. I paid $50 for no color and all of my nails are different shapes and sizes . It was a very rush job. Also the lady who did my nails this time was very rude and had an attitude because I asked for her to make them more even. Then she over charged. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND save yourself the hassle and got somewhere else.

They were nice but my nails look terrible. I kept asking for corrections and after a while it wasn’t worth it. Also I feel like he literally made up a price. My loss.

The worst places ever they don’t do nails good at all soon as you walk out there your nails coming up or popping off. They can’t wax eyebrows at all . Toes still look cracked and chawed up

All though the gentleman that did my pedicure was not bad, I did get a super nasty nail infection in less the a week after getting pedicure. I had to go to my doctor and have an in office procedure to drain the infection from under my tor nail. I will not be going back to this establishment, and will not recommend to anyone that I know or even do not know. Stay away from this place. I wish I had read the reviews before going!!!!!

I used to come to Lee spa and Nails all the time But I assure you, I will not be back because the man who did my feet did the absolute most. What I mean by that is he was just punching my legs, pulling my toes doing this constantly back-and-forth doing the pedicure and it just wasn’t a pleasant feeling for me. It was just extra to me for no reason like I paid for a regular pedicure white gel And when it came down to the massage, he went too hard punching and pulling my to Toes which was to much for me. I did tell him he was hurting me and then he started to speak in his foreign language so I knew he was talking about me so I just was over it and just wanted it to be done.

First and last time at this shop. The salon couldn’t have passed health inspection. Dirty floors, tools, and work stations. Customer service was also lacking. A fill in was $55 then wanted to charge me and additional $40 for a French set.My daughter full set was $55. He claimed it was due to my length. When we came in we asked the cost for what we were getting and she said $30 for my daughter and $40 for my set. I don’t mind paying but at-least let your place of business be sanitary and customer service experience at least exist.

The ugliest set of nails I’ve ever had in my life. Charged me $65 to get these FILLED IN and then tried to charge me another $25 to shape this square. The devil is a lie!! This place is run down and has really gotten money hungry. Will never come back i hope they get closed down

I’ve been going here for awhile and the prices have gone up and the service has continued to only go down. A basic pedicure is $35 and I didn’t even get a massage for that price or the bottom of my feet scrubbed. The pedicure chipped three days later and had to come back and their customer service was horrendous. When I came in I let them know my pedicure had chipped and I needed it fix. They sat me down in a pedicure chair and when the worker realized I wasn’t a getting a full pedicure she took another person that came in after me. No communication about it. I had to ask if she was continuing to help me or if someone else would be. She said the manager would help me when she was done with her client. I sat there for a half hour while they continued to take other people walking in after me. They will try to up sell gel polish which you don’t need for a pedicure. If it’s done correctly it lasts for weeks. They will talk in another language amongst themselves while doing your service. The chairs are packed in like sardines so you have to squeeze between service providers to get to a chair. You are practically in the persons lap next you while getting your service done. Do yourself a favor read their many bad reviews and go anywhere else but here! I will never be back after such terrible service.

Customer service is lacking. I walked in and asked how much for a full gel set and was told $45. When I sat down the man didn’t even greet me and I had to ask if I can pick my colors. He blandly handed me the colors and at this point hasn’t really said a word to me. I sat down and once the man put on the tips he then asks me what length I want, I told him something pretty short (I don’t like my nails too long), he cut the first one then said that will make it $60. I was confused as to how the length I chose to cut my nails differed in price by that much. He gave some random explanation about how the $45 was for if I wanted the regular length of my own short nail but because I wanted them about 2 mm longer it would be $15 more! I’m like why wasn’t that explained when I asked about pricing when I came in. There really wasn’t a good explanation outside of trying to make it seem like I misunderstood what I was told, I did not. Then it changed to they don’t know better up front since they don’t do nails, but that is not my issue, sounds like you need to better train the people upfront! Anyway, I asked if he could remove the tips and I left because the atmosphere was already off at this point. Won’t be revisiting this place!
