Prices simply have skyrocketed. I've always enjoyed shopping there but couldn't afford anything. Sales ladies were definitely NOT friendly or even offered to help us.

This is where my wife picks up the majority of her clothing for either our church visits or for parties they didn't have her size as she is five ft tall and petite but they shipped it straight to our door with no extra cost and it fit perfect great place if you have a hard time finding well fitting clothing at other locations

Unimpressed. Not what I remembered from past experiences. Seemed junky. Alot of merchandise looked like outlet leftovers. I miss what it use to be.

As a previous employee, I am shocked at the lack of customer service!! As an employee, we were trained to greet and help every customer and to provide a positive experience for anyone who visited the store! last night during my visit, employees were walking around the whole store and no one greeted me, asked me if I needed any help, no one took my clothes for me to start a fitting room, No one checked on me in the fitting room, no one said anything about walking out of the store. it’s been close to a year since I’ve been in the store and I was shocked and very saddened. There were multiple items that I was trying on that needed different sizes and also to check for online sizes. I guarantee if anyone would’ve checked on me, I would’ve made a large purchase. Horrible experience, and very unfortunate. The store was a mess! It was close to 7:30 and there were 2 other customers in the store and 4 employees. I want to reiterate how very unwelcoming it was.

Very uncomfortable experience. If you work here, please don't assume the sizes of your customers. Don't assume I want curvy when I did not ask for curvy. When I ask for regular, don't say "you mean curvy right?" And when I say no, regular, please don't bring me the curvy option to try on. Not an enjoyable shopping experience.

I am a big fan of Loft, online or in-store, and have been coming to this location for years. But today was one of the worst experience and I was made to feel a less valued customer compared to the other shoppers there. I stood in line waiting my turn like the customer before me, that customer went up to the register and I waited my turn. I noticed another line forming in the other side and I just assumed they had two lines going. The ladies at the register saw I was waiting and did not say a word so I continued to wait my turn. Another lady that works there approached me and said they are having one line and wanted me to move to the other side. Now, by this time there was a good line of 5ish people waiting when my turn was supposed to be next.. I was there waiting way before all those people. She had me wait in the back of the line again! Instead of having me just make my purchase since I was way before all those other people, she made me wait again. I told the lady at the register when my turn came up, after waiting yet again a good 10 minutes, that they should at least put a sign up. She said that they had just put it up. Seriously! So they know I was waiting before the sign went up! As I left I told the lady that moved me they should've put the sign before I waited in line, she says "oh it was up" she contradicted the register lady... so I knew she was just saying it to cover herself! My conclusion, if you look a certain way at this location you get a better treatment. So anyone with darker skin, good luck... as we are not valued customers!!

Shout out to Marine!!! She was so very helpful with the sales and even had on one of the outfits I decided to purchase. Always stellar service at this location. I'll be back for certain!
