Rude on the phone. Came in to get a blowout by Vanessa... it looked the same as if I blow dried it at home by myslef with no product (and I'm really bad at styling). So basically a waste of time and money. Thanks.

My stylist was super friendly and nice. She gave me exactly what I wanted and even took the time to style it. I'm really happy with the results and I recommend.
