I took my Tacoma here because the brakes kept dropping to the floor and wouldn’t stop the truck. I was told that everything was fine and there were no issues. Unfortunately, I was driving a week and half later with my 7yo son in the car and the brakes went out again at 30mph that resulted in my having to pull the ebrake and mount a curb. I had to then have my truck towed to another Toyota dealership who diagnosed the issue with the brake module assembly. Needless to say, the level of fury that I have at this place for placing my son and I in harm’s way due to their negligence is unfathomable. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere than this miserable and ignorant grease pit.

I have loved everything about my interactions with this Ourisman dealership. We started in service with Adrianah. She was super helpful and diligent in her follow-up all the way through our transaction. What an asset!
Kenneth could not have been a more pleasant person to work with as we transitioned from service to sales.
The final mile with Justin was easy. If you are buying a car, he is worth calling! I felt like the entire staff was too notch. Thank you!

Had a issue with my Camry, I self diagnosed with a code reader and did research. Found it was the Water pump. I just wanted to know about if their were issues or a Bulletin for recall or warranty. The guy on phone just wanted to hook my car up and charge me $99 dollars to read a code and diagnose what I already knew. He wouldn't give me any info on issues with the Camrys at the mileage I had. So I called another dealership and got the info. I would buy a car here, but the Service Dept just wants your money, go somewhere else for service.

Something unpleasant happened at this dealership yesterday. My wife and I went there to look for a new car. We handed in our Prius for an appraisal. When they gave the car back to me, the ABS, BRAKE, and VSC (or possibly EPS) warning lights were on. The brakes felt stiff, and the brake fluid level in the reservoir was higher than before. I have no idea what happened—they claim they didn’t do anything and just drove it around the lot a couple of times.

The AC stopped working in my 2021 Tacoma I bought from this location back in September. Made the appointment to have it checked and after looking at it, they claim to not have the refrigerant this vehicle is equipped with. Told me I need to make an appointment with the dealership down the road instead. Annoying cause I waited a week for this appointment and now have to wait another week for this new appointment. I feel as if this appointment should have never been accepted knowing the year vehicle that was coming in for AC repair and not even handling the refrigerant at the location. We are in the summer months and the vehicle is used twice a week to transport our 3 month old baby. Very Disappointing
