This store is a SCAM!
Worst space for putting air into tires. Took all air out of my tire, made my tire completely flat that I couldn’t move my car. The air nozzle gives so less air that it will make you go rip off again and again for paying and still the tire will be flat.

Worst store ever. It says 24 hours but get here and it’s closed so tried paying at pump and the kiosk is working but the hose is shut off so it charged me for nothing in return. Pathetic

The gas pumps were extremely slow, didn't take payment until the 5th try on a second pump. Wild to think I spent so much time trying to get it to work. Probably have my information for sale on the black web now.Then it starts pumping and I got 1.59 gallons in 6 minutes....Thank god I had a friend there or else I would have lost my cool. Lady inside was extremely pleasant. But what a freaking dump.

Only open 24 hour place I know of that isn’t open 24 hours. Particularly annoying when you go to grab an energy drink before going into work for the day only to find out they are not even open.

Chip reader on pump three doesn’t work. You have to spend extra time close up your car and go inside to get gas. It would be nice if there were a note on the chip reader that says it doesn’t work. Extra time and hassle for a premium price. That’s what you get here.

Vacum machine stole my $2 in quarters. Manager didn't care and said it's not their responsibility. The machine has no number on it so I guess my money is just lost with zero apologies or anything.

I rarely go to shell anymore, but this one and the shell further up broad toward centreville are the nicest customer service I have ever had at a shell.
