Smokers world sold me four defective vapes, took my money wouldn't refund me and then the Asian man who was working the register tried to fight me rather than refund my money, this place sells defective 5$ vapes.DO NOT TruST THEm ..a lot of they're vapes are knockoffs , I would give it zero stars if I could . And he had the nerve to pretend I was in the wrong for wanting my money back after having purchased a defective product and wasted my money

Annoyed because I purchased a disposable from this location and it’s not supposed to be menthol but IT IS. The box doesn’t say ICED anywhere. The lady asked me to open it and try it beforr I left the store… so i did & i expressed that it was menthol and that’s not something I wanted.The lady told me to hit it a little more and the menthol should “wear off” but i am sitting here at work with a pounding headache and they can’t simply exchange an $8 item for customer satisfaction.I wasn’t expecting a refund or a different vape but if something is off about the taste, regardless if the item functions or not.. you should be able to return it… won’t be coming back here again.

I bought two pens from this place, The first one didn’t work straight out the box and the second one stopped working a few days after I got it. I charged the device it still hasn’t turn back on, Being a first time customer you will think someone will help me solve this issue.
