Waited 30 minutes for my drink and then found a human fingernail tip in my mouth upon the first sip. Was told a manager would be calling me within 24 hours and it’s been three days. You would think they’d be more concerned about something this disgusting and the fact that someone’s actual fingernail was in my mouth?

Every time I come in the staff are friendly and accommodating, no matter how overwhelmed they may be with the number of cafe and mobile orders. Especially this morning, when a very rude woman accosted the staff for having to wait for her drink. The staff remained polite, and other guests in the store apologized as they picked up their orders. Keep up the good work <3

I placed a mobile order, and when I went to the drive thru, the barista who answered seemed annoyed that I had placed an order. She told me it would be a few minutes (which I completely understood because it was slightly busy). I got to the window and waited with no acknowledgment that they were working on my drink or anything. When they finally got my drink to the window, she opened and said “Next time you order give us time to actually make your drink.” I understand it’s a stressful time, but that was uncalled for.

During the usual Friday morning rush, I watched a customer harass and berate Manal and Avery about her order even after they explained why the wait was taking long. You don’t tell hard-working baristas that they should “remember who pays their paychecks”

The service, or lack there of, is TRASH. This location has two points of entry. I arrived at the register (there was no baristas at the register at the time - not an issue, they were quite busy) at the same time as three others who entered from the alternate door. I was in front of them based on the door I entered however, their (1of 3} order was taken prior to mine and when I attempted to provide my order - since I was overlooked - I was told there was a line as if I wasn't in it. It's lost upon me as to why it was assumed that I was somehow trying to circumvent the ordering process rather than being asked if I'd been helped or the cashier clarifying who was there "first" so I opted not to spend my money there.

Stopped by this Starbucks because they had a drive through. The barista that took my order was really kind and professional. I got through the drive through pretty quickly. After picking up my order, I noticed the inside looked nice and decided to come in and cowork. They have a lot of seating at this Starbucks and the best part is there are a lot of outlets for your laptop.On this visit I got an iced matcha latte and a chocolate cake pop. I appreciate that their matcha isn't too sweet here. I loved treating myself to the rich cake pop. I normally don't add this about cafes, but I really loved the music they played here. It was fun background music to my workday. They also had clean single stall women and men bathrooms. I highly recommend coworking at this Starbucks.

hour long wait in the mornings with a mobile order. There’s no warning either so you never know if you’ll be done in five minutes or sitting for hours. They clearly were putting priority to the drive through and left about twenty of us waiting on our mobile orders inside. The app said prep time 6-9 minutes. It took 55. No manager in sight. Clearly a management issue and putting all the labor on the employees that cannot control the customer volume or staffing.

It took 23 minutes to get our order. They were definitely focused on the drive through rather than inside service. I didn't see one table get wiped down while we were there. Ours was covered in crumbs, as were every other one I could see. If I return, I'll be using the drive through.
