Total Wine & More in Henrico is a clean, well-stocked store with an incredible, huge, and impressive selection of wine, beer, and cigars. It offers great prices, much better than grocery stores, with solid deals and promotions. The staff is extremely nice, helpful, and happy to assist with recommendations without hovering. The store provides free weekly tastings and educational events. Customers can use Same-Day Delivery and Curbside Pickup. While generally praised, one note mentions that staff helpfulness can vary. It is a dangerously easy place to browse and find everything needed, including unexpected items.
At Thanksgiving in Short Pump Store, we were greeted by Colin who helped me and my sister with a large purchase. He went above and beyond to help get exactly what we needed. Even broke a sweat!!! Did an amazing job with a big smile! Can’t say enough about what an asset Colin is to your company!
