Total Wine & More in Henrico is a clean, well-stocked store with an incredible, huge, and impressive selection of wine, beer, and cigars. It offers great prices, much better than grocery stores, with solid deals and promotions. The staff is extremely nice, helpful, and happy to assist with recommendations without hovering. The store provides free weekly tastings and educational events. Customers can use Same-Day Delivery and Curbside Pickup. While generally praised, one note mentions that staff helpfulness can vary. It is a dangerously easy place to browse and find everything needed, including unexpected items.

I had not been one of these stores for a long time. They have a large selection of beers and wines. I was looking for Lone Star beer in the bottle and, yep they had it! She even went back and got me 3 six packs and I was off on my next errand. Great service as well!
