U-Haul did not let me rent a truck because ‘my account is linked to someone who has not paid their bill’ this person that they referenced is someone I have never met or heard of. I am a long term customer that has always paid on time. When we called, the customer service person was not helpful and offered no resolutions, and overall wasted our time. Good way to loose business for life. Wasted our valuable time. Very annoyed

There are closer places to rent a UHaul but I drive farther because I know I will be in and out quickly with good reliable equipment.

There was a tea bottle and tissue left behind, but they were hard to see behind the driver seat. Check your mileage before you pull away luckily I took a photo of mileage. Someone had recorded it 100 miles off the actual not in my favor. They fixed the error and all is well. Other than that the truck was easy to drive for its size and handled well. The pickup location had the truck ready and made pickup easy! I definitely would use them again in the future! We also booked moving labor to help us load the truck. Kevin and his crew met us at our storage unit in Goochland and they did an excellent job!!!

Inexcusable service for scheduled hitch install.
This location is understaffed, poorly trained and clearly [un/mis]managed. Use someone else.
Made reservation week in advance for May 23. Tech called on 21 to reschedule as they were going to take day off. Day did not work so set for next available Sat 31. Dropped car off at 9am was told 2.5 to 3 hr install. No calls from location even though asked for tech to call when working on it. Called location after 3 hours to get status was put on hold for 12 minutes and call dropped to be put on hold for another 16 minutes again when calling back Was told 45 mins to 1 hour left. Called back after 4.5 hours, put on hold another 19 minutes to be told they just finished and car was ready.
Upon arrival, nothing was done to car, not even moved from drop off space. Was told tech went home early.
No outreach from store/lack of proper communication, clueless...
Abuse of call hold to keep lines busy /understaffed (remove the service if you can't or won't do) and when store does answer they have on speaker that you hear everything in store except the person you need to hear.
Lack of understanding of what is happening in store with customer's vehicle or reservation.
Waste of time and would not trust work done by them based on this expeience.

When I picked up my truck there was only one gentleman working. He came from outside, I could tell he had been working hard. Despite him being the only one working, he went above and beyond! Charles, thank you for outstanding service and your hard work!

I had a great experience renting a utility trailer from Clyde at this U-Haul location. From start to finish, everyone was pleasant, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. Clyde was especially helpful—he made the whole process quick and easy, and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth haul. It’s always nice to deal with people who care about good service. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable equipment and great customer care!

I like this place except when Mr. peaches is there always complain about everything he don’t like to do his job and hi is racist he is the only one the make a hard time for me renting a truck, if you don’t like your job please find something else that make you happy and you would be nice with customers.
