My original visit here went smoothly then had some issues mechanically with the truck door. Out of my frustration I spoke with Beth the manager. She was very accommodating and absolutely understanding. So my apologies and kudos to Beth for following through and making sure her customer was taken care of…. All the best

I rented a cargo van to move a mattress, a futon, and a few miscellaneous items. The van ran ok except that a couple of times while I was stopped, the parking brake egaged and I had to figure out how to release it. Not a biggie since the release button was fairly easy to find.Besides that, my only complaint is that the store needs to have the tank filled ALL the way up when the vehicle is picked up. When I got it, the gas needle was just under the "F" and it said 301 mi to empty. I filled it up before I returned it and it said 415 mi to empty, so someone got 114 extra miles on my dime. Not cool.P.S. - I know there were "instructions" about where the guage needed to be when returned in relation to where it was when picked up. However, it's very difficult to match that when you're in the freezing cold just trying to fill up so you can return the vehicle. Not to mention that it's not safe to get back in the vehicle and turn the key on to see the guage while the gas pump is still running. It would make much more sense to just give the vehicle to the customer with a FULL tank and have them return it with a FULL tank.

Showed up Saturday at 11/18 at my reservation time in the early morning (please for the love of god do the online reservations) and a Saint of an employee was drowned in customers with no reservations ALL ALONE. Phone ringing nonstop and she was somehow multitasking answering the phone and taking the customer’s information that should have been already entered via the internet reservations before they showed up. She deserves a huge raise & promotion because I have never seen an employee so swamped. Luckily I did my reservation for my trailer ahead of time, she had all my information and I forgot I needed to add my cousin as a driver and she added him to the list of drivers in lightning speed through texts and photos of driver licenses, other customers took between 20-45 minutes and my rental took 5 minutes max thanks to preparing online the night before. Just still astonished and so sympathetic for the strong woman holding down the entire operation all by herself with a room full of dozens of bad customers who did not feel like going online to ease her process of doing her job getting them in their rental trucks. Caucasian woman with brown hair and glasses and long black nails very well kept. I doubt they realize how valuable of an asset they have from hiring her, but on Saturday mornings it’s a pretty bad idea to leave 1 employee handling everything. 10/10 for her, 3/10 for uhaul company bc price was reasonable but 1 employee helping dozens of customers isn’t the way to operate.

The worst customer service I have ever seen or heard when we dealt with the "manager" Kaylee. She was downright rotten to her core, over charged us, was not helpful at all, very arrogant, bragged to customers about how she can't believe she got a salary job at uhaul and makes about $80/hr and literally was threatening to puke on all of the customers in line. Rotten, nasty human being. Should NOT be aloud to work with the public. At all.

I cannot say enough how absolutely TERRIBLE dealing with uhaul has been. The "manager", Kaylee, Calee, however you spell her ignorant name, is a TERRIBLE human being. Absolutely terrible. She snuck in charges that I did not want, overcharged me an extra day when I returned it a day sooner than I signed up for, called me the day after I picked up the trailer, telling me that I need to bring it back right now because it's late, blah blah blah. Retaliation because I reported her. When I was in there like the 4th time, she was being extremely rude to a very nice guy for no reason and he spoke up and said "hey whats with the attitude?" She's disgusting and uhaul is disgusting for allowing this cu next Tuesday to be their representative.

Service was good. But the lady who was supposed to check us in had a NASTY attitude. We just left the key in the vehicle and left. Nobody is going to talk to me that way. If you don't like your job, then move on with that attitude!

Horrible customer service. There are 3 women working, one is on her cell phone, the other is standing in a corner pretending to do something and the other walked out as I approached the counter. No one acknowledged me or offered to help.

Nice clean trucks . Staff was Shipley handed but they work fast to support everyone. They are not Chesapeake but , you get what you pay for . Nice grounds . One of the cleanest UHauls I have ever been to

This place sucked. People were extremely rude. Called and reserved a truck. Was told to pick up at 3. Had to redo everything. Truck wasn't ready. Smartmouthed older man was telling me that it doesn't mean it will be ready. What is the point of doing it online. Very dissatisfied. Never use this place again.
