Personal Banker Justin Peck is one of the most efficient bankers I have encountered. During the process of navigating a substantial fraud issue with multiple moving parts, Justin’s attention to detail was exceptional. His knowledge of the process steps and the ability to thoroughly communicate the required actions was invaluable throughout the resolution process. Additionally, his calming demeanor and clearly discernable desire to assist clients exemplifies a level of customer service not often encountered. I truly appreciate his outstanding service which should be commended on all fronts.

I was not greeted upon entering. I needed to speak with a specialist. Two were in a room with people at desks and no one acknowledged me. I had to wait for the teller, and after the teller said he couldn’t help me someone from a room called me in.

No one greeted me upon entrance and took several minutes for someone to acknowledge me. There was one clerk who was not occupied with anyone but two were occupied with members.

I started with Atlantic Union Bank eight years ago and Rhonda Long opened up my Business and personal accounts at the Carytown branch when I first started my business and transferred my personal account from Wells Fargo. She was incredible and is the reason that I started with Atlantic Union Bank I was so impressed with her and I have recently worked with her again on a business loan. She has a wonderful way of Asking customers personal financial information without making them feel uncomfortable and is very encouraging and inspiring as a person to deal with. I can’t say enough great things about her, and the staff that worked for her at the Cary town branch loved her! Since I live close by to the Cary town branch that is where I still go and I adore everyone who works there!! Atlantic Union Bank is the best bank I have ever worked with in my 64 years of life and will continue to bank therefore the rest of my years!! Thank you for the great customer service!!

I was running late and needed a business account opened, Justin Peck was helping me, He was very professional and helpful, he explains all in detail, was not hurried because by now it was certainly after closing time. I was a pleasure to someone go the extra mile for a customer since you do not see this very often. Thanks again.
