While at this location, I will admit it’s somewhat small. It does the job for what you are looking for.
Yes, I have seen employees be short with the customers, but every time that has happened it is because the customer has an extreme attitude over something that these employees have nothing to do with and it was always 100% the corporate side which they have no control over .
Many times I have asked for recommendations and the employees are always on top of what is needed and have very fast answers .
This seems to be high and from time to time are out of boxes or envelopes, which is understandable seeing how many people come through here on a daily basis .

The staff is great! very polite, friendly and helpful. Had a shipping issue and the Store manager did not hesitate to step in right away and do everything in her power to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible, once she received any updates she did not hesitate to call or email me with updates.
This store has earned my trust and business!

It’s a shame that they come the same time every afternoon weekday to get an adult signature when clearly during work hours and you weren’t getting anyone. Mostly upset that UPS charges money tell them to come a time you will be home and charges for you to pick it up yourself at the store. Now with no notice of final day they are apparently sending it back to the shipper. Wasted so many hours and gas each day instead of just letting a customer communicate freely to make a pick up work.

My previous 1-star review was towards UPS itself, not the local UPS Store. I confused the two and reviewed wrongfully. You guys have always been cool to me, so I'll make that five stars for you.

They don’t have enough packaging material, so please don’t visit the store just having the manila papers not the padded. Pakaging for important documents they don’t have.
