“Just walked in for the first time today. The owner and her staff were so kind, warm and engaging! The produce was priced very well. They carry a selection of meats, pastas, seasonings, etc. specifically Sauers seasonings - which have probably been sold in markets along this strip for the past 100 years. It’s a huge blessing to have this convenient little market right in our neighborhood.
I was ecstatic to find wild pear kombucha from blue ridge Bucha. I used to buy cases of wild pear kombucha from Aldi’s, but they stopped carrying it! I hope that she’ll continue carrying it!”

“Well well well we’re do I start. I was traveling through Virginia and I looked up healthy restaurants and Healthyself came up. I was 30 miles away from my destination and Healthyself was not in my direction but I wanted to try it out. Well they did not disappoint! This place is conscious eaters heaven. I loved the vibe in there. Beautiful artwork. They have natural beauty and health care products. I was on a limited time so I ordered the Jackfruit sandwich a sea moss shot and some elderberry syrup. The only I hated about the sandwich was that I only ordered one. I should gotten maybe 2 or 3. The sandwich was sooo good and there prices are affordable! Can’t wait to come back!!
Vegetarian options: The food is actually vegan. But I’m a vegetarian and found some good stuff on the menu for me.”
