Went into the store after ATT customer service said my SIM needs to be replaced. I had service when entering the store, although phone calls have been patchy lately, and the young Latino guy mumbled that it's easy to replace the SIM (it is, I've had it done before).He then proceeded to change the SIM incorrectly, hand me my iPhone without *any* service and told me to go to another ATT store, after checking with the Apple store. Like, what?? I've had my SIM replaced before without issue. When I insisted this is nonsense to remove my service and hand me a service-less phone, he finally called someone who helped him replace my SIM in 5 minutes. Wasted 45 minutes of my afternoon and didn't actually fix the issue I went in with. A real lack of tech skills, customer service, and isn't particularly friendly, either.Awful. Don't recommend this location, at all.

Google says untill open 7pm . Feb 13 2024 I arrived at 5 52pm they says it closed.

I arrived at the store when they opened at 10am. No one there, I stayed until 10:30am still no one home. I returned at 2:00 pm. You got it, no one there. A sign on a door says, out to lunch until 2:30pm. You have to be kidding, is this anyway to run a business? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The way they run their business should reflex on how they do their job and it isn't pretty. Enter at your own risk. Do yourself a favor, go to the Centerville store instead.

I had such a pleasant experience with this establishment! I’ve never had a sales team work as hard as Julio and Carter. Julio went above and beyond to help us with a very frustrating switch over from boost mobile. He was very pleasant, professional, patient, and kind. He was able to help us set up our new business lines and all new phones. Carter was a wonderful assist coming in to help Julio finish out the process by helping set up all of the new phones and get them fitted with the proper cases, screen protectors to ensure that we were all set.You can tell that Julio is not just here to sell phones, but to ensure that every customer has an enjoyable and smooth experience!

Terrible experience!!! I went to this store to upgrade my phone or find a new phone and the person who attended us knew nothing! and we left the store empty-handed ! Waste of my time !! Honestly people are unprofessional and liers. I called twice and ask Is this phone& she said yes come but after reaching she said nothing available ??♀️. Poor service & wasting the time here in this store. Less than 1star.

I purchased a prepaid plan $30 sim on 22-Sep-22 from store no QLDZ register no 7. 342 Elden ST Herndon, VA. I clearly told him that my phone is One plus 9RT which I see now is not in the support device list. This was his duty to show me the list of supported devices rather he just told me that if it does not work $30 is not refundable. I bought it and it did not work. Now, he told me that you need to be a prepaid phone so you can use this sim in that phone so I bought $40 AT&T Calypso phone and inserted that at&t sim in it but it still is not giving me any network signal. I tried going to at&t store in Reston Town Center in Reston, VA and they were so rude and had lack of customer respect, perhaps they were jus bored post lunch to attend any customers. Also, now I am trying to get a 4 digit pin but because while buying the sim the guy in store did not took my proper details such as e-mail etc, I am not able to get the pin and thats why customer service guys are telling me to go to nearest store after being on pathetic IVR and live representative Andrea who was of least help. I am out of around $75 in two days because of AT&T and neither customer support nor store are of any help and they are rude and lack respect is another thing.

I purchased a phone from this Herndon, VA store. For some reason, the employee decided to slap on $17/month protection plan. This was not only NOT on my receipt but it was NEVER explained to me that I would have to pay hundreds of dollars a year for a protection plan that I DO NOT NEED. ADDITIONALLY, there was a recurring charge of $6/month for the ability to upgrade early. What is that?? This is the only company that happily steals from your pocket without your ever knowing. Stay vigilant when getting a new phone. It should be a positive experience, but it is more like standing on a train station and getting pick pocketed.

The least useful place I've ever been to. I'm ready to switch services just because of how f****** pathetic the service was here. I went in to buy the latest and greatest and the young man child was not trying to help at all. And when I left upset that he was so useless, the Roley Poli manchild laughed with his coworker on the way out. Makes me wonder if they work on commission. If they don't, they should. But I looked up the reviews of all the ATT in stores in the area and apparently the customer service is just as bad at everyone of them. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to find good people right now and I appreciate the ones that do show up but I also let my employees now that they represent my company and customer service is the most important thing. You can have a bad product and good customer service and not get a review but good products with bad customer service will 100% of the time get a bad review. I guess AT&T makes so much money that they really don't care about upset customers at the lowest level.

Came to the store to replace my broken phone with a new one. We started going through the process and after about 10 minutes, the guy doing the switch, let's call him Champ (see the irony here?) ran into some sort of issue. He wasn't able to solve it, so he called his manager, and I sat there for another 20 minutes while they tried to solve it, which they weren't able to. He told me that there was some sort of duplicate error code issue on my account, and since they weren't a company store they couldn't fix it. So he wasn't able to let me buy a new phone, and also said he didn't change my plan, despite the text I got from AT&T telling me my plan had changed. But I did get to sit in the store for over half an hour, so there's that! Champ suggested that I buy a phone online, do in-store pickup, and come back later that day, and then they could straighten it out. Riiiiiiiight, Champ, because so far you've done so well and earned my confidence. He also said that I could come back later but that the store takes a break in the middle of the afternoon, and that today they had to take a longer break, so maybe I could try to come back at 4, but they might or might not be there. Again, riiiiiiight. He also suggested that I go to Tysons. Yeah, totally what I want to do. I went to the AT&T store at Dulles Town Center, also not a "company store," and they fixed it in 10 minutes and I got a new phone quickly. Apparently Champ split the two phones on my account onto two duplicate accounts, and he neither realized it at the time, nor was able to diagnose that fact. Anyway, the visit here was ridiculous and a waste of my time.

This particular store in Elden in Herndon has the worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune to experience. As a result, 3 hidden charges were added to my account without any explanation or agreement. The staff stole an iPhone 7 without any credit to our account and conspired to make our monthly bill as much as they could. Never again!!!
