I wish I could give this place a zero. I went in for help and immediately was told rudely that they couldn’t help and then was directed to go to another store to get a diagnostic and bring it back. I asked them to take a look at my phone and was told “have you done it? Then I can’t do anything.” Rudest most miserable people there. I will NEVER go to that location again. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. They clearly wanted to go eat pizza that I could smell in the store, rather than help a customer. They should be fired. I wish I had his name - it was 1/16/24 at 11:30 ish. Horrible experience

This AT&T authorized seller essentially stole my phone. My phone was paid off, so I turned it in for an upgrade. On the first billing cycle with the new phone I noticed an installment plan. I chatted with AT&T about this and was told it would correct itself. It never did. Be careful when dealing with them or anything in that area.
