Outstanding service! They recently secured my rear view mirror plastic cover that fell off on the passenger side of my Infiniti. I was referred by a friend in a collision who said they did an outstanding job on her car. Don't hesitate to bring any repair issues to this terrific collision repair/auto body shop.

I'm glad I chose this place. They did an amazing job on some vandalism damage. It's a brand new car and I was worried but they made it look perfect. The estimate was exactly correct. No upcharging. And done exactly on time, if not early. Clear and honest communication and fantastic work.

Very honest mechanic. They initially quoted me for $400+, which I verbally gave the okay to, but then later said they didn't need the extra work, and only charged me $145.
No one enjoys bringing his/her car to a shop, but if you had to do it, I would highly recommend this shop.

BEWARE OF OWNER!!!
very shady businessman, when I wanted to take my hard earned money elsewhere (because I have that right) owner decided to charge $240 for couple phone calls to the insurance. BE CAREFUL THEY ARE VERY MONEY HUBGRY instead of helping their customers. I will not go back and wouldn’t recommend them to a friend!

To be honest, I did visit a previous shop that was not very interested in working on my 2004 Honda CRV that had been damaged on the rear tailgate and bumper. So I began my search, and Auto Haus had encouraging reviews. With good reason. David was very kind and professional. He found more damage, and after talking with the insurance company, they wanted to total my CRV. David kept in touch with them and found ways to keep my vehicle from being totaled. His efforts were amazing, and even the owner, James, was kind enough to give me a ride home. This was just good old-fashioned hospitality! For a second, I thought I was in Mayberry! LOL. Thank you for your efforts and great service, James, David, and the whole AutoHaus Team!
