I have always been pleased with the service that is offered by Auto Scandia. Everything is always explained in detailed and the rates are very reasonable. I have been a client for 10+years with my past vehicle being a BMW 535i and now my present vehicle being a Tesla Model Y. I feel very confident in whatever vehicle I have, Auto Scandia will take good care of me.

I found these people almost by accident. One of the wing mirrors on my A6 got stuck in the closed position. Since I was near, I took my car to them. Fifteen minutes later the mirror was fixed at no charge. Two weeks later the car started mis-firing. I took the car in and when I got the car back it was running better than it had in years and the charge was significantly less than it would have been at the place I used to use.

Lewis, the Tesla tech, seemed very well-educated and experienced. You can tell he really cares about the cars he works on, and I felt like I was more than just a paycheck to him. He always found time to talk with me and make sure I was happy with his service. The people at the front were also welcoming and nice. My only problem is, the price was a little higher then expected.
