Went for a battery test yesterday and I was very disappointed
The person who tested was very unprofessional and was smoking a cigarette while operating on my vehicle. I asked him to remove it but then threw it on the ground near my vehicle which is a HUGE safety hazard

I have had a terrible experience. I went to buy oil and filter and an employee treated me very badly, starting by saying that he did not listen to me, I asked him for a catalog of the store and I threw it away, leaving me his help attending the next customer, I claimed that I was first and told me to complain the client did not help me at all and sold me the most expensive product

Ordered a part...paid, and was told it would be in the next day. Here it is 4 days later and part still didn't come in. Latino man behind counter treated me like a dumb female..... said there was some sort of miscommunication. Not on my end. Part hadn't been ordered. Now I have to wait another 3-4 days. I'm not your average female...I've been working on my own car, repairing it for over 40 yrs!!!! Very disrespectful!
