I’m sick of people without cars going to the drive through atm. It should be prohibited. I’m also tired of all the shady people hanging out in the vicinity making you uncomfortable to use the atm. I did call to report a suspicious person that was hanging out at the drive through. They moved from the atm but stood right next to it as I did my transaction. If you are a no good thief which I suspect they are I locked my card so you won’t be stealing from me. I hate this location and only use it because I need cash to use at one of the businesses in the same shopping center.

As my name indicate am from north Africa ,I was in my country for 8 years and when I came back my account was close ,so I was left with almost no money but God send me a angel her name is REBEKAH GIRR working for bank of America in this specific location she mad sure for me to have my money back ,she mad all the necessary calls, she helped me to found my way around the city and get where I needed to be, she even asked me if I have enough Money to get by, I can't even found the words to thank her or discrib her but a ANGEL .my tears are dropping while am writing this, how easy can somebody make a difference in you life and mad me proud of what America is all about. That woman deserves to be a vise president of united states,we never know.

I'm a 30 year customer of Bank of America. In the past year, and as recently as this week, the bank has infuriated me with their fraud protection practices. My husband and I have a joint account, nonetheless, I'm the CFO of the family - I pay the bills, hire contractors, manage our money.... Lately when I've written checks to contractors, the fraud dept reaches out to my husband asking if it's okay to process the check. This is unacceptable! I wrote the check. I should be asked if the check is valid. BTW when he writes a check or makes a large purchase, they don't call me to validate the transaction. If it continues I will terminate our accounts at BofA and move our money elsewhere.

Great customer service! I needed help opening an account and the staff was extremely helpful. The branch manager Daniel was very knowledgeable and patient when it came down to choosing the right account for me. I am so glad I chose BoA! Daniel and his team are truly the best!

Awesome, professional and courteous customer service, my elderly mother needed help with her transaction and not only did the teller help her but the manager Daniel help her walk to her car because she walks with a cane. Love doing business here!!!

Horrible customer service. Shortened hours and limited staff on site to handle transactions. I have been trying to change my debit card pin for over a month now. I forgot it and use the contactless payment for most of my transactions. The options for this are to have them mail you your current pin, visit a branch to speak with a banker who can process the change, or visit an ATM. The ATM prompts you to enter your current pin in order to change it. Not only is that idiotic, it's not possible if you don't know your current pin which is the main reason for requesting a change in the first place. I arrived on location to speak with a banker and was told by useless clerk that the wait time would be about 30 minutes, despite the fact that they closed in 20. They were "backed up" and had four other people waiting to speak with one banker. I asked her if she could just mail me my pin and she suggested I open the app and do it myself. Quite literally useless and a wasted trip to the bank for the third time. I will be leaving Bank of America as soon as possible. It's absolutely embarrassing to be associated with this place.

I was very upset with Boa because I had an ongoing problem with my Card, I went in the bank ready to shut down my business and take them elsewhere. I spoke to the manager, who was busy but still acknowledged me and asked if I could wait. I waited for about 10 mins but during my wait he came to check on me 2 times to set my wait expectation. He was very respectful of my time. That was huge!When we sat in his office, he listened to my problem with undivided attention and took full ownership of my problem as if it was his until it was fully solved.I was very happy with the outcome and decided to give Boa a second chance, The Manager really pulled it off for BOA.A+

The teller had me stood there for 45 minutes and not served their customers. I asked to speak for a branch manger and the manager never made an attempt to speak to their customers who have the accounts for over 15 years!

This the the most horrible customer service i had experience.. the Manager Whos name is Daniel is the most inefficient and incapable personal.. He yelled and raise the to me and my mother when we wanted to do a payment .. denying us the help.. he threatened us to call the police when I claimed my right as customer to be attended.. suggesting that were illegals ..rude and he threw us back our ids and credit card to the floor.. we couldn't complete this payment till today when my mother visited a nearby branch around the area. well here is my comments in social media as i said him and not we are citizen and honorable person customers of this bank for over than 20 years.. totally shame this person to represent you Bank of America !!! i dont bank with them however my client wrote me a check with 2 different pen colors, the older lady accused of fraud but imNot
