I bought a boost mobile phone online and called customer service to get it unlocked. I was told that it would be completed in 24 hours and that I'd receive a call when it was completed. I received no call. When I call back to follow up, The rep then tells me that it can't be unlocked unless it has been in service for at least 12 months. Clearly somebody is either lying or incompetent and I am not happy!!! I do not recommend Boost mobile to anyone!
