“This was my first time going here and I was satisfied with the service. They did a great job cleaning my car. They have a good flow and system for how they get to each car that’s in the line. It was very busy so the wait time was a bit longer than expected but they let me know from the beginning before I laid to make sure I was okay with the wait. I was satisfied with the outcome.”

“This is for the car wash soesificly.
It was good all it did was spray and there was no scrubbing or brushes. If your car isn't super dirty or anything this works great but it also isn't going to deep clean your car. I will say it was only 14 bucks for the high end wash!”

“I took my car to Flagship Carwash in Herndon, VA today (12/17/2025) for a one-time Superior Exterior Wash, mainly for the undercarriage wash after several snowfalls over the past two weeks that left salt residue on the body, wheels, and undercarriage. The service cost $20, and it was absolutely worth it.

From the start, the experience was smooth and professional. One attendant asked which service I was interested in, and another helped with basic pre-cleaning before the car entered the wash. During the wash, there were clear signs at each stage of the machine indicating exactly what was happening, such as “Undercarriage Flush” and “Spot-Free Rinse,” which I really appreciated. The entire process took less than 5 minutes.

I am very OCD and extremely particular about cleanliness, so I inspected every single spot on my car afterward—and I was honestly impressed. The car was spotless, almost like it had gone through a full detailing.

What made the experience even better was the free vacuums and stacks of clean towels available at multiple stations. We used them to vacuum and clean the interior, and everything was well-maintained and easy to access.

Before coming here, I had read some negative reviews and was concerned about poor cleaning or potential scratches. Thankfully, my experience was completely the opposite. The service exceeded my expectations, and I wanted to leave this review to support the team and their business.

If they can satisfy someone with OCD-level standards like mine, you will definitely enjoy it too. I’m extremely satisfied and will be coming back again.”
