“Loudoun Valley Floors completed a phenomenal flooring job for me. I had ancient carpeting in most of the house that desperately needed replacing. Melanie Stone provided all the information I needed to find an LVP flooring that was an extremely close match to the older wood flooring in the house. Once chosen, the measuring, estimate, and setting of installation dates followed swiftly. Melanie, Kiley, and Nicole answered all of my questions as I prepared for the installation with four cats in the house.
Oscar and team actually started early so that he could assess the basement floor concrete, and they provided much needed self-leveling before the basement installation. Oscar and his team were very helpful in helping us stage where to corral the cats as they worked to install the LVP in 3 bedrooms, an upstairs hallway, and the basement as well as install good pine on two flights of stairs. Everything went so smoothly and they did an outstanding job!
William and his helper came the following week to stain and finish the stairs in a beautiful English Chestnut. They too, did an outstanding job.

They could probably do a bit better about communication with their installers. I was told they'd be over on a certain day but no heads up on timing and was just notified when they were at my house. This wasn't an issue for me since I work just a few minutes from home, but something to keep in mind if you're coordinating with them. I also did have a few issues and delays where different materials needed to be ordered (one of the issues I was maybe a bit picky about - slightly mismatched color on one transition), but they were great about making sure everything got taken care of and I was happy with the work so the slight delay didn't impact my positive experience and the floors all look great!
Pro-tip: Get $10 gift cards to a local sub shop for lunch and some drinks for your installers. We did this and they did awesome work and were super grateful and made us feel very comfortable with them in our home.”
