I got my wedding dress and veil cleaned and preserved and I think they did a fabulous job! The preservation was a bit pricey and don’t have anywhere to compare it to. In the end I felt like the price was reasonable for the service and I was happy with the results.

I use Crest often and the customer service rep knows me by sight so as I walk in, he actually gets my order ready! That’s service! He is always ready to help, mark stains and answer questions. Plus, the clothes are beautifully clean and pressed. I’ve been a Crest customer since they opened and plan to stay a loyal customer.

Excellent customer service, and the cleaning was completed much faster than I expected. An added bonus is that they offer alterations. In my case, I had a favorite pair of pants with broken zippers that I was ready to throw away, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Crest could repair them.
The staff are true professionals - within seconds, they identified a garment that needed to be cleaned without chemicals and declined to process it, rather than charging me and risking damage to the fabric.
I highly recommend Crest for both dry cleaning and alteration services.
