Your dry cleaning services are excellent. I have been taking my cleaning to your Franklin Farm location for at least a decade, and now my kids are taking their dry cleaning there. Tony and Kareem are top notch and provide the very best customer service. They ALWAYS take great care of even our most delicate garments -- and still manage to take out the toughest stains, leaving our clothes looking like new! Thanks for everything.

Crest Advanced Dry Cleaners has been my dry cleaners of choice for many, many years, starting when brought in a suede shirt to be cleaned and it did not go well. However! they reimbursed my for the full price and won my loyalty ever since. Even now, that I moved to Charles Town, WV, I still drop off our woolens at Crest, fortunately one of our daughters lives nearby. The best!

The staff is always so friendly and professional and when I have questions about a piece of clothing the gentlemen behind the counter are very knowledgeable. They’re not the low price cleaners but it’s well worth the cost and the tailoring is very well done and expeditious. I highly recommend this location over other cleaners and tailor shops.

They do a great job with a quick turnaround, but I just cannot justify their pricing. I will return for suits and other delicate clothing once in awhile, but not for routine dry cleaning needs.If you have a shopping bag full of suits/dresses and some dress shirts to dry clean, prepare to pay close to $200+
