The carts need to be upgraded (the handles are all sticky from tape), and the parking lot is difficult to navigate in a uhaul when there is another truck trying to get around too, but the price is great and move in was easy

The young man By the name of Christian that assisted me at CubeSmart was very professional and so helpful. He made my experience absolutely easy! He answered all my questions and assisted me by showing where my storage unit was! I would recommend anyone if seeking extra storage to see Christian at CubeSmart off of McLaren Drive in Herndon, Virginia!!

While slightly annoyed at the extra fees associated renting a storage unit, at I have to say because customer service was great. I would go as far as to say better than any other storage company that I talk to before renting this unit

Military discount is offered to active duty servicemen but not retired… can’t understand the logical thinking behind it. Customer service needs improvement and prices are high.

As a first time storage unit prospect I was looking at this website and Adam was super helpful, informative and extremely nice! As soon as I made the reservation he promptly called and explained everything to me. ANYONE who gets him- expect great service and a friendly attitude! He’s the best! :)
