Went in for moderna and flu shot. Super disorganized. Bled a lot and I don't usually bleed (rushing??). Dude wasn't even masking in a surge. On top of that, we were told absolutely nothing, rushing too fast so I couldn't even ask questions, & not even advised to wait 15 minutes like guidelines say. Please don't get vaccinated at this location.

Friday evening I went into CVS to shop for the OTC well I had to ask the young lady do they even acknowledge it and she said yes. But I noticed that she was following me my son and my husband around in the store like we was coming to rob the place. I really hate how those people are. She even had the nerve to stood by the door to make sure she watch us left. But our pigment brothers and sisters she did No such. CVS on 3071 you guys have to do better because every black it’s your problem it CAN be your own kind just remember that. “Every Year Has A story! And I stamp this.y’all don’t deserve a star at all but the system make sure that y’all at least gets one if none. Or we can’t write our opinions.shame on the system data

Pharmacy is terribly rude and unhelpful. Have had great experience at minute clinic, but the pharmacy is consistently out of stock on medications but doesn't update their systems so I get alerts saying prescriptions are ready for pick up and then they don't have them when I show up. I've been told they are transferring medications and then arrived at new location and told it was never sent. When I called back to try understand where I can get my son's medication and explained my confusion and frustration I was hung up on by staff member. It's incredibly frustrating that for something as important as receiving medication that they are so careless.

Extremely rude manager named Cesar. Having problems with the self checkout, he lied - saying he told me to stop scanning. When I said there should be a sign if the machine wasn’t working properly, he told me “It’s corporate’s problem, not mine.”Really? Never been treated so rudely by a so-called “ manager.” I frequently shop at this location and have never encountered this before. Do better.

Ive been going to this CVS for 15 years and I can honestly say, I’m am greeted every single time by a courteous friendly staff. They are all always so helpful!The pharmacy too is doing well. Can you imagine working their jobs during Covid?? They all do the best they can.Where would we be without any of them? Our lives depend on it.Let’s give them a break, stop nit picking and appreciate those who serve us .

5/10/23 @4.25 PM I arrived to pick up my RX in person.I was waiting in line for some time but i understand it Gets busy at times.When it was my turn Nazila helped me by dropping my license on the counter. Then when I asked if i can use the coupon i had Nazila reponded with a rude NO you Not ! I would hate for anyone to receive the type of customer service I received today.Please re train or handle this issue.Thank you for hearing my experience at CVS.

I generally like CVS, but this pharmacy is just disorganized. For the second time in a few months now, they have told us that they don't have our prescription (two different doctors), only to confirm a few days later that they actually had our prescription. They will proceed to give some excuse as to why they couldn't see our prescriptions before. What a waste of precious time in getting the treatment started! Just making calls to doctor offices and pharmacy, just a horrible system overall.

On Christmas Day it says on the door that they are opened till 11 pm. All lights are on. I’m standing in the front, calling the store as well because it’s an emergency and it’s only 8:30. After 5 min the front lights turns off so someone is there not trying to let me in.

I have struggled with this pharmacy for three years for my senior mother. Prescriptions are delayed or lost on a regular basis. They do not work well with any doctors' offices. It took *4 months* to get routine diabetes testing supplies. They won't contact Medicare with coverage issues. I can't get them to stop automatic refills of meds she stopped taking years ago. I recently called with three requests; they met one and forgot the other two, including filing a partial script that was urgently needed. The pharmacists themselves seem very nice but appear terribly overworked. The entire pharmacy closes for an hour in the middle of the day because EVERYONE takes lunch at the same time. My mother's doctors, caregivers, and hospice staff have all told me this is the worst pharmacy in the area. I couldn't agree more.

When I checked out, the machine didn't ask if I wanted a receipt, and when I paid and got in the car with my stuff, I found the cashier didn't give me a receipt. Only two minutes before I checked out, I turned back to the store and asked the cashier for a receipt, but he refused my request. How could he not give the customer a receipt?

I have been there several times and the stuffs and customer service are fabulous especially Mazama. She had friendly and helpful behavior. However, their waiting time is long, which understandable, but she kept helping me when my Rx were not ready. I hope CVS keep hiring great stuffs like her.

McLaren Road CVS is pretty much like all the CVS stores. nothing special but nothing terrible either. i like the drive through pharmacy because from time to time the line is actually EMPTY. however, we all know that pharmacies are notorious for customers who have problems... you know... the lady who talked to her doctor who said he was going to send the prescription but didn't, and MEDICARE, and yada yada yada. not fair really to blame the pharmacy for the nature of the business. also... finding pharmacists and techs these days is like finding gold.

I tried to return an item today at this location and the rep was extremely unhelpful. She didn’t ask to see my receipt and straight up told me to contact the product’s customer service to get a refund (as if I didn’t buy it from this literal CVS store). Luckily, I was able to return it at another location with zero hassle.

Horrible service. Pharmacy does not fill prescriptions timely. Waited in drive through line for over 20 mins, get to the window and "they just received it". BS. You had it for the 30 mins I was in line plus the 15 mins it took to drive from dr office. Whats worse is the script was for a simple kids antibiotic that takes 5 mins to mix. There are so many negatives with this place. Avoid using this pharmacy!
