I always receive great service at this DHL service point. Nathan at the front desk has always been super helpful and efficient. I appreciate that there is never a crowd and the rates for international shipping (as well as the quality of delivery) always exceeds USPS and UPS.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Nathan from the DHL warehouse for his exceptional support. I had an urgent package coming from India that was delayed due to customs, and when it finally cleared, it couldn’t be delivered because the apartment number was missing. This package had important items for my daughter’s birthday, which is tomorrow, so I was extremely stressed when I was told it would only arrive on Monday.
Nathan went above and beyond to help me. He personally coordinated with the delivery driver, located my package, and made sure I received it in time. Thanks to his effort and dedication, my daughter’s birthday is saved.
Customer service like this is rare, and I truly appreciate Nathan for taking the extra steps when I needed it the most. Thank you, Nathan and DHL, for outstanding service!

DHL customer service rep Nathan was excellent. Made the process so easy. Box cleared customs 2days later in UK. Will never use the “other” shipping service again for overseas. DHL is great!
